XCell View
XCell View is an online diagnostic tool that may be used when communicating with the XCell RTS via a serial connection using a VT100 terminal or an Ethernet connection using Telnet.

XCell View allows the user to view the state of all inputs (IED or otherwise) and force outputs (IED or otherwise) for test purposes
XCell View provides facilities to view internal processor event data and system status information such as memory allocation, software versions and configuration files
